THE HAVETIN’
GET TO KNOW ME
That is how photography found me. I always wanted to create art, but I had no talent for either painting or crafting, so I naturally gravitated towards this field. I'm an engineer on a daily basis and I don't have much to do with art as such. I shoot almost exclusively in black and white because I think there is more expression and less distraction. I started with landscape photography in monochrome, but I decided that I prefer the city, which, however, does not contain too many human figures, only distant silhouettes. I try to make sure that there is a trace of humanity in each of my photos, although this is not an iron rule. Recently I came back ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) experimenting to be closer to painting. These shots are color exceptions from my B&W mainstream.
