THE PHILOSOPHE
GET TO KNOW ME
My name is Tomek Lipczyński. My adventure with photography began in childhood. It was then, under the eye of my father, an experienced photographer, that I began to discover the beauty of the world captured in a frame. It was the time of analog photography, the time of the darkroom, and the magic of the image slowly appearing on paper. Later came the era of digital photography, but the goal remained the same: to present one's own vision of reality. The main subject of my work is nature, which constantly seduces me with its beauty, but I do not shy away from the theme of the city and its alleys. I photograph people there, busy with their daily matters. Photography has become my way of life. It causes unrest, but also soothes. It leads to searches that never end.
NATURE
Nature is not just a backdrop for our lives, but also a source of inspiration, solace, and strength. In its presence, we find peace of mind, discover beauty, and feel part of something greater. Every picture tells a story of nature's power and its delicate balance. Without it, our lives would not be possible.
SMALL WORLDS
The city. Thousands of buildings, millions of people, an endless procession of cars. An immense mass spreading in all directions. However, if we slow down and look around, we find ourselves in a completely different space. A favorite book read on a bench, someone's gentle smile, a friendly gesture. A candlelit dinner, a momentary contemplation of a passerby looking up at the sky. These are the "small worlds". Too small to notice in the daily rush, too small to see without stopping. These "small worlds" belong to each of us, which I want to extract from the urban chaos and capture in a frame. I want to capture them because in a moment, they will cease to exist.
